The Answers You Need

What are your Showroom opening times?

Our showroom is in Bamber Bridge. Preston, Unit 12 Old Mill Industrial Estate, PR5 6SY.

Driving to visit our showroom?  Please enter the industrial estate via the entrance on Brindle Road, opposite Walton-le-Dale High School.  We are the second building on the left - there is lots of free parking just outside too.

What are your payment options?

We take card payments via online, phone or in-store.
Cash payments in our Showroom are accepted.
We also have finance options available with Snap Finance and now Klarna.

What are your Finance Options?

We have finance options available via Snap Finance and Klarna.

​

Pay in 30 Days or Pay in 3 monthly Instalments with Klarna at 0% Interest. 

 

We have finance options available from Snap finance, either spread the costs up to 48 months, or pay in 4*. Pay in 4 is a feature of the loan that allows you to settle your loan in full within 4 months and Snap will cancel the interest. This is called the Pay in 4 period.

What is your return policy?

 We offer a no quibble returns policy.

​

If you are not happy with your online order, you can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered to you, excluding special orders.

​

So far as possible, goods should be returned:

  • with both goods and packaging as far as possible in their original condition

  • securely wrapped

  • including our returns note

  • at your risk and cost

  • we suggest, by recorded or signed delivery

  • we can arrange collection for you at your cost if required – just let us know

 

Before sending back your order, you must let us know your details by email to info@luxuryrattandirect.co.uk. Specify exactly what goods you would like to return and when purchased. Also give full details with pictures of the defect or the reason for return.

We will then issue a returns note with the return address.

If you are not sure about something, just give us a call on 01772 694158 and we'll talk you through it.

Returns are to our warehouse at Luxury Rattan Direct Ltd, Unit 12 Old Mill Industrial, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6SY.

No returns, refunds or exchanges on ex-display furniture. 

What are your delivery options?

FREE UK delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

​

Please note we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.

​

We endeavour to deliver all goods within 5 working days, on in stock items.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and be notified of the expected delivery day(s).

We will confirm your delivery day via text or email, providing you have supplied your mobile number, and e-mail the day before the delivery is due and on the day to give progress on delivery times.

Please note, we have multiple delivery methods:

1. Man and Van Local Service. Our Man and Van Service will deliver within a 50 mile radius of our Showroom (Bamber Bridge, Preston UK). This will be delivered free of charge. 

2. If your delivery address is outside our Man and Van 50 mile radius, your delivery will be sent on outside transportation via palette delivery. This will be delivered free of charge. Premium delivery is not available for deliveries outside of this radius. 

​

Do you offer Premium Delivery?

In addition to the free delivery service we offer a ‘premium’ service at £79. This is perfect if you need someone to unpack, assemble and demonstrate your new furniture.

We will also take all of the packaging away and recycle it, through our responsible recycling program.

Please select the ‘premium delivery service button’ when you place your order and will we do the rest.

Please note we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland at this time.

Please note, we do not provide Premium Delivery outside our 'Man and Van' Transport 50 mile radius service.

What is your Refer a Friend Scheme?

Bought from us before? If you refer a friend and they buy too, you will receive a £20 High-Street Voucher on us.

​

  • Both parties must have bought from Luxury Rattan Direct in order to both claim a voucher each

  • Refer a Friend offer is valid from the 18th August 2022 and will apply on all future orders

  • If you have referred a friend and they have bought from us before the 18th August, unfortunately the offer is not valid

  • In order to claim the £20 voucher both parties must have had delivery

What is your guarantee?

Our Luxury Rattan Direct sets come with a 1-year structural guarantee, which covers repair or replace.
Our Supremo & Mercer sets come with a 5-year manufacturers guarantee, which covers repair, exchange, or refund.

Our Kettler ranges come with their very own manufactures warranty up to 5 years depending on the range.

Can I keep my Garden Furniture outside?

Our rattan furniture is woven and made from polyurethane rattan – which mimics the real thing but has the advantage of being waterproof and more durable than wooden rattan.

We recommend storing your rattan furniture away when not in use, especially in the winter months. Alternatively, investing in a cover when not in use will guarantee ultimate protection all year round.

We sell covers for most of our products either online or in our showroom – please get in touch if you would like to know more about our furniture covers and accessories.

How do I look after my Rattan furniture?

Our rattan furniture is woven and made from polyurethane rattan – which mimics the real thing but has the advantage of being waterproof and more durable than wooden rattan.

​

If your furniture becomes dirty, wash your rattan by gently rinsing with a hose or wet cloth.

To wash any cushions, use a cloth and soapy water for the best results. We advise against putting any cushion covers in the washing machine.

​

We recommend treating your steel frames with WD40 twice a year to prolong the life and minimise wear and tear. Simply spray the frames with WD40 and wipe off with a dry cloth, this both protects and cleans the furniture thus prolonging the life.

What are the advantages of our Rattan?

1. Waterproof

Our Rattan furniture is weatherproof and can be enjoyed all year round – however we do recommended investing in a cover or storing your furniture away for guaranteed protection.

2. UV Light Resistant

All our rattan sets are high quality and UV light resistant – meaning it will withstand any degradation that can be caused due to exposure of UV rays.

3. Powder-coated frames

All our rattan garden furniture has steel frames which are all powder-coated to increase its weather and rust resistance.

How do I look after my Aluminium garden sets?

Our Premium Brand Aluminium furniture sets are all robust, streamlined and durable.
Consisting of thick polywood arms and powder-coated frames, our Kettler, Pacific, Supremo, and Alexander Rose sets are designed to withstand rusting and can be enjoyed all year round.
We recommend storing your aluminium furniture away when not in use, especially in the colder months. Alternatively, investing in a cover when not in use will guarantee ultimate protection all year round.

How do I look after my Cosi Fire Lantern or Firepit?

Always follow the assembly instructions for your product closely

We recommend covering your fire pits * with an all-weather cover to protect them from the elements.

Always ensure that the correct type of gas and cylinder is used and that the connections to the gas bottle are fitted securely

The device must only be used outside in well-ventilated areas such as patios or balconies and must be placed far away from flammable materials.

Accessible parts and components may become very hot when in use in consequence we advise keeping children and pets at a safe distance from the unit.


*When not in use firepits with teak wooden tops should be stored without a cover, in a dry cool place to avoid mould.
