Returns

We offer a no quibble returns policy.

If you are not happy with your order, you can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered to you, excluding special orders.

 

So far as possible, goods should be returned:

  • with both goods and packaging as far as possible in their original condition
  • securely wrapped
  • including our returns note
  • at your risk and cost
  • we suggest, by recorded or signed delivery
  • we can arrange collection for you at your cost if required – just let us know

 

Before sending back your order, you must let us know your details by email to info@luxuryrattandirect.co.uk. Specify exactly what goods you would like to return and when purchased. Also give full details with pictures of the defect or the reason for return.

We will then issue a returns note with the return address.

Returns are to our warehouse at Luxury Rattan Direct Ltd, Unit 12 Old Mill Industrial, Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 6SY.
